As Owner and Principal Broker of Germantown Properties, John Pillsbury has a respected and established position in the Memphis area Real Estate community. He has been a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors for well over twenty years and is also a member of the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors and Mississippi Association of Realtors. He is a licensed broker in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and recently added Kentucky. His distinguished service lead to his current assignments to the Professional Standards Committees for both the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors.

After a career in Commercial Transportation, John decided on a transition in the mid-seventies and began his Real Estate career. John later graduated from the Realtor® Institute earning him the GRI designation.

John's career experience helped guide his growing interest in commercial properties in the early 1980's. He became a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. After extensive training he earned the coveted "Certified Commercial Investment Member" (CCIM) designation. Since then, he has been involved in the sale and disposition of a variety of Commercial and Investment Properties and Businesses. John is licensed in four (4) states; Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Kentucky.
